Sleepless

This night before I eventually toss, turn, wander through dream minefields and will my way to halfway sleep forms, I ponder self acceptance. Maybe, I think sort of.

Living with PTSD, Depressive Disorder and General Anxiety Condition is difficult but I’m here, inside, my home I mean. I think I have come to grips with these issues being a part of my life, these disabilities being things I have to work through and around.

It will be a journey until it isn’t.
